Borreliose

Die Lyme-Borreliose oder Lyme-Krankheit ist eine multisystemische Infektionskrankheit, die durch das Bakterium Borrelia burgdorferi aus der Gruppe der Spirochäten ausgelöst wird. Es kann jedes Organ, das Nervensystem, die Gelenke und das Gewebe befallen werden. Die Erkrankung kommt beim Menschen und allen anderen Säugetieren sowie Vögeln vor. Die Übertragung erfolgt vor allem durch den Holzbock, eine Zeckenart; sehr selten auch durch Stechmücken oder Pferdebremsen.

In der Auflistung folgender Symptome kann sich vermutlich ohne weiteres jedermann wiederfinden, sogar Gesunde. Es geht gar nicht darum, ein Krankheitsbild zu umreißen, das Borreliose von anderen Krankheiten abgrenzt. Es geht darum, darauf hinzuweisen, dass sich Borreliose hinter sehr vielen existierenden Krankheitsbildern und Diagnosegewohnheiten verstecken kann.

  • Chronische Müdigkeit
  • Fehlende Ausdauer
  • Wiederkehrendes Fieber, Nachtschweiß, Kältegefühl, Hitzwallungen
  • Nicht-heilende Kieferknochen, Absterben der Zähne
